New Native Instruments Traktor Controller?

new native instruments traktor controllerAha! Naughty Native Instruments, slipping this teaser video out and not telling us anything about it. Richie Hawtin is your DJ, and what’s that he’s using with DJ mixing software Traktor Pro in his latest live gig? Well, the innovative Maschine for sure, and we know all about that thanks very much.. But wait, there’s a pair of controllers with the NI badge on. Don’t they look the ‘dogs’ B’s?!

I’m a massive Traktor fan, and have been using the EKS Otus for controlling duties for a while now. But if anyone can optimise a DJ unit correctly, and to the demands and specifications of techno artists like Hawtin et al, then it simply has to be German wunder-company Native Instruments, surely?

And, sorry, but that’s all we at ‘Musical Notes’ can tell you right now coz not even NI’s distributor is removing the feline furry creature from the cloth, draw-stringed receptacle. Anyway, check out the YT video yourself to get a fleeting glimpse of something that no doubt I’ll personally be getting quite excited about – ooh, the suspense!
