peavey-jsx2This is Tom from Peavey, who after generously refreshing us with yet more lager, let me wail through the Peavey JSX head and Peavey JSX Signature 4X12; now I’ve played through this rig before, but not at these levels!

Then I had a blast on the Peavey 6505 head, which is now a firm favourite! After a good deal of socialising, we headed over to see the Marshall guys and were greeted by the Storm Trooper of Tone!

marshall-backstageThere were dizzying amounts of gear on display, Marshall JVMs including the JVM410H head, 2203KK Kerry King, Vintage Moderns including the 2466 and the new Haze heads including the MHZ15. The Trooper then strapped on a guitar and treated to a blistering onslaught of mondo shred.

So concludes the first day…more soon.
